Our customer primarily is out of the country which is why this had absurdly low miles (just 5,000).\u00a0 However, in the chaos that life is, sometimes we forget that the DMV will require registration fees yearly.\u00a0 And for our customer they forgot to PNO the car (plan non op).\u00a0 This resulted in thousands in DMV registration fees.\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
