Here’s a 2007 Honda Element SC, which in this case doesn’t mean supercharged. SC is Hondas Street Custom trim. So, in other words they just spruced up the body appearance on the car. Our customer needed to get rid of the car in a timely manner, but didn’t feel like it was quite junk.
There were some mechanical issues that prevented them from wanting to go down the private sale road. Generally, Hondas are pretty bulletproof and can stand the test of time, but sometimes there’s a bad egg. This Element was misfiring and was falling apart, quite literally. The cluster gauges were falling apart from behind the protective cover, the interior was cracking and the seats were flaking away.
Our customer was super happy with being able to get rid of the car rather than having to dump thousands of reconditioning into it.
